3333de Platform Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3333de ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 3333de website at 3333de.net and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process on 3333de, or by accessing any part of the platform whether or not you are a registered account holder, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3333de reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. 3333de may also, at its discretion, provide direct notice of significant changes to registered players via the email address associated with their account.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 3333de platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3333de enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under 18 to register or use the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 3333de or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling under any applicable law of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had an account on 3333de suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Procedure

3333de employs active age verification measures at registration and at key account milestones such as first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents to confirm your identity and age:

• National Identity Card (NID) — Bangladesh
• Valid passport
• Birth certificate (in combination with a photo ID)
• Driving licence with date of birth visible

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe requested by 3333de may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated by an account that is subsequently found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 3333de — including sports betting, casino games, and financial transactions — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account only on the 3333de platform. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• The immediate suspension of all accounts linked to the same individual
• The forfeiture of all bonus balances and any winnings generated with bonus funds across all accounts
• A permanent ban from re-registering on 3333de
• Referral to relevant fraud prevention authorities where applicable

Account Security Obligations

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available
• Log out of your account fully when using shared or public devices
• Notify 3333de immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

3333de will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. 3333de will never contact you to request your account password by any means including email, live chat, telephone, or social media.

Accurate Information Requirement

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of 3333de is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Any account found to contain false or misleading registration information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — may be suspended immediately. Winnings generated through an account with fraudulent registration details may be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

3333de processes all financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals — through a secure payment infrastructure designed specifically for players in Bangladesh and the broader South Asia region. The platform accepts both BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and INR (Indian Rupees), providing a unified experience for cross-border players following both BPL and IPL cricket seasons.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Deposits are typically credited to your 3333de account balance within seconds of a successful transfer via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• 3333de does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees.
• All deposit transactions are subject to 3333de's anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring procedures. Unusually large or rapid sequences of deposits may trigger a review.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in most cases.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within two hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to a brief manual review by the 3333de payments team before release.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID.
• 3333de reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that trigger AML review criteria.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe the funds are connected to fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

3333de periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Players who have self-excluded or set a voluntary deposit restriction on their account are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.
• Each promotion applies to one account, one household, one device, and one IP address per player. 3333de reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility where it identifies unusual patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance. Wagering requirements are stated in full for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must typically be met within the promotional validity period stated in the offer terms. Bonus funds not converted within this period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses apply only to specific game categories (e.g., slots or cricket betting) and not to all games on the platform equally. Contribution rates by game type will be stated in each offer's specific terms.
• 3333de reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it determines the bonus was claimed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in bad faith.

Seasonal Promotions

3333de offers seasonal promotions timed to events significant to Bangladeshi players including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL season, IPL season, and ICC T20 World Cup tournaments. Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published on the promotions page of the platform at the time of each campaign launch.

06 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

3333de is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure betting and gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Registering with false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Match fixing or insider information: Using or attempting to use non-public information related to sporting events to place bets, or participating in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or result manipulation.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated software to interact with the 3333de platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, cycling funds through the platform without genuine betting intent, or any other activity that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Chargeback fraud: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets, in an attempt to retain both the wagered funds and any winnings derived from those funds.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, odds feed errors, or any other platform malfunction to derive an unfair advantage. Any bets placed under such conditions may be voided by 3333de at its sole discretion.

3333de employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all platform activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended for review without prior notice. If a review concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, the account will be reinstated promptly.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, features, and functionality available on the 3333de platform — including but not limited to the 3333de brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, and all other intellectual property — are owned by or licensed to 3333de and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3333de platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any 3333de content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated data extraction tools on any part of the platform
• Commercially exploit, sublicense, or resell access to 3333de content or features
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform

Game content available on 3333de is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers and publishers. 3333de does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3333de, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical errors, platform downtime, or interrupted connectivity
• Loss or corruption of account data
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors
• Errors or omissions in odds, game content, or market data caused by external data feed providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security

3333de does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be entirely free of errors, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

3333de reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• The account is connected to fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information
• The account holder is or may be under 18 years of age
• The account is connected to a money laundering investigation or a chargeback dispute
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied at the player's own request
• 3333de is required to do so by law, regulation, or a competent authority

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 3333de account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money cash balance remaining in your account will be paid out to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no investigation is pending on the account.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (one day to one month) or permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. 10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 3333de operates as a cross-border South Asia platform serving players in Bangladesh primarily, and these Terms are drafted to reflect that context.

3333de aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, 3333de will communicate the next available escalation options to the player in writing.

Errors and Omissions

3333de reserves the right to correct any errors, mistakes, or omissions in odds, game results, account balances, or bonus calculations at any point, including retrospectively after a bet has been settled. Where a material error has directly affected a bet outcome — for example, an odds feed displaying a clearly incorrect price — 3333de reserves the right to void and refund the affected bets at its sole discretion.
